EXTREME SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Extreme Shipping, your trusted courier and freight forwarder based in Nassau and Bimini, Bahamas, with international access through our U.S. shipping address. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client” or “Customer”) and Extreme Shipping.
1. COMPANY OVERVIEW
Extreme Shipping provides international and domestic freight forwarding, personal shopping, and shipment handling services. Our U.S. receiving address is:

(Be sure to include your Full Name and “Extreme Shipping” on all packages.)
If you are shipping directly to Bimini, you must include the word "BIMINI" clearly in the address section or shipping label. Failure to do so may result in routing errors, delayed deliveries, or your package being sent to Nassau by default. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect address formatting.
2. PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICE TERMS
Our Personal Shopping service includes product ordering, U.S. purchase facilitation, and shipment coordination on behalf of the client.
Payment & Processing

Full payment must be made at least three (3) days in advance of the requested purchase date.

Failure to make timely payment will result in delays for which Extreme Shipping is not responsible.

Orders will only be processed after full payment is confirmed.

Payment must be made via approved methods (Cash, Zelle, PayPal, or local Bahamian bank transfers).

Orders are typically processed within 24–72 business hours after payment is received.
Refund Policy

Once a personal shopping order has been placed, refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or vendor delays.

Refunds will only be issued if the item is out of stock or canceled by the supplier before shipment.

Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee to cover administrative and banking costs.
Order Verification

Clients are responsible for confirming the item details (model, color, size, quantity) before payment.

Extreme Shipping will not be held liable for incorrect product selections made by the client.
3. PACKAGE HANDLING AND INSPECTION

All packages, pallets, or freight received at our U.S. location will be inspected for illegal substances, contraband, and prohibited items before export.

Extreme Shipping has a zero-tolerance policy against drugs, firearms, counterfeit goods, or any illegal imports. Any discovery of such will be immediately reported to U.S. or Bahamian authorities.

Shipments may be opened for inspection and repackaging as needed for secure and compliant shipping.
4. PICK-UP POLICY – U.S. LOCATION

A Pick-Up Authorization Form must be completed and signed if a third party is collecting your package from the U.S. location.

The designated person must present government-issued photo ID and sign upon receipt of goods.

Once signed for, Extreme Shipping is no longer responsible for the package.
5. CUSTOMS AND GOVERNMENT INSPECTIONS

Packages and pallets are subject to customs clearance by Bahamian authorities. At any time, customs may seize, inspect, or hold shipments for investigation.

Extreme Shipping will not issue refunds for items detained or seized by customs during ongoing investigations. We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by customs actions.

All duties, taxes, and fees imposed by customs are the sole responsibility of the client.
6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Extreme Shipping shall not be held liable for:

Items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit due to:

Incorrect labeling by client or supplier

Natural disasters, port delays, or mechanical issues

Theft or loss after delivery to a third-party pickup agent

Missed delivery deadlines from U.S. or Bahamian vendors

Packages left unclaimed for over 30 days, which may be disposed of or returned
We reserve the right to:

Refuse service

Adjust fees without notice

Cancel transactions due to policy violations
7. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Rates and service fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Freight, pallet, and package fees are determined based on weight, volume, and destination.

Invoices must be paid in full before release of goods.

Overdue payments may result in a late fee or storage charge of $5 per day after 5 business days.
8. CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, AND FORCE MAJEURE

Boat schedules may be impacted by weather, mechanical repairs, or customs inspections.

Extreme Shipping is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
9. BEHAVIORAL CONDUCT POLICY
Extreme Shipping reserves the right to refuse service and issue a full refund (minus administrative fees) if a customer engages in:

Disrespectful, aggressive, or threatening behavior toward our staff

Harassment, defamatory remarks, or threats made verbally, digitally, or physically
Client behavior must remain professional at all times. Violators may be permanently banned from using our services.
10. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All items shipped via Extreme Shipping are handled with care, but we do not assume liability for items damaged by external shipping providers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL).

Customers must file insurance claims directly with the carrier if damage occurred before arrival at our U.S. facility.

Items damaged after arrival in The Bahamas due to improper collection or client handling will not be refunded.
11. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY CHECKLIST
To avoid disruptions, delays, or additional fees:

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Extreme Shipping reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
